Ok, so I forgot about my blog

Not gonna lie, but I totally forgot about my blog. Until now.

So, if you know me, you probably already know about me and Megan's big purchase. We thought we would be helping bail out GM back in November, but I guess the rest of the country had other plans.

Last week was pretty rough. We had one of our parakeets die after only owning it for a week. But then got another one immediately. We're having trouble naming it though. Then Megan's dog oreo died, which was really sad because she was a sweet doggy. She was 14 years old, and outlived my lab by a whole year.

It was fun hanging out with everyone at MIGPC mod day. Great to see all the old faces, and by old I mean that both ways lol. Gentleman Jack is the most adorable puppy!

Still looking for ideas for the honeymoon, anyone have good ideas.

That's all for now, I thought I had more to say.

oh hi!

i bet you forgot about my blog.

nope, i've just been really busy. in fact, i've worked every day since randy and danielle's wedding. all of my pictures have been put on facebook, so you can check them out there. hopefully we'll be getting the professional ones soon from randy and danielle. we're going to uccellos tuesday night to celebrate their return and share stories from the wedding and their honeymoon.

the wedding went very well. i didn't get unbelievably drunk. don't get me wrong, i had a few. but i wanted to remember everything. and i do. it was incredible. it was beautiful, and i couldn't be happier for my friends!

after the wedding, i still had rick's '09 CTS, so megan and i took it down to the gut in lansing. for those of you that don't know, the gut is south cedar street in lansing. and a bunch of car enthusiasts hang out in the parking lot of the Lansing Police south precinct.
the next day, lloyd called me up and said that he fucked up his car, i thought it meant that he wrecked it. it turns out it was just misfiring. i went over there and scanned the car, i was hoping it'd be a spark plug or a wire, but it was a fuel injector. after a few calls turns out a fellow MIGPC member in eaton rapids had an extra injector. we drove out there, picked it up, and installed it. as far as i know, the car hasn't blown up yet.... so lets hope it stays that way, because i'd never replaced a fuel injector before.

other than that, like i said. i've been working every single day. i've got a couple days off, so i'll probably wash and wax my car if it's gonna stay dry.

peace!

i'd kill to fall asleep

i wouldn't know what sleep felt like if i tried my best.

i'm really pumped for the weekend. it's going to be a long weekend. but it'll be well worth it.

friday - megan and i need to run to kohls to return a couple pairs of dress pants that didnt fit me as well as anticipated. after that, we'll drive back to lansing. i'll drop her off, then i need to go get my tux and make sure that it fits. Then i'm meeting my mom and she'll be buying this car http://www.1800newjeep.com/vehicle.asp?v=511008#1

trust me, they've come down a ton in price.

after that, there's a rehersal dinner. then a rehersal. then, with any luck. saturday there will be a wedding.

pictures to come, no blogs this weekend. have a good one.

hopefully this works...

phoney madness

getting a new phone sucks. don't get me wrong, my blackberry is the tits, but transferring 147 pictures from one phone to another takes for damn ever. i have to make new ringtones. trust me, i was due. "the pretender" was getting a little old.

i put insurance on the blackberry, i don't even want to fathom what it would cost to replace it.

if i'm feeling saucy, i'll post some random pictures from my old phone. they might be appropriate.

and in more terrible news

the girl i mentioned in one of my previous blog posts died from her injuries. she was street racing a friend on her way home from work when she lost control and flipped her grand prix. died this evening, very sad.

also, i noticed on my way to church this morning, some graffiti on the stop sign outside my apartment complex. driving down the road past metro health, i see the side of their building was tagged with graffiti. honestly, why? seriously! who goes out late at night and says, who wants to deface some buildings?

i weep for the future.

i'm going to need a funny picture post to cheer me up.
